Adjunct Instructor of Anatomy and Physiology
Position Summary:
The Natural Sciences Department at Oregon Institute of Technology invites applications for an adjunct instructor to teach 200‑level Anatomy & Physiology laboratories in‑person on the Klamath Falls campus. Duties include instruction, participation in shared lab practical exams, preparation of classes, and maintaining appropriate records. The instructor will collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to deliver an integrated learning experience in A&P courses and may, if needed, provide scheduling flexibility.
- Teach 200‑level Anatomy & Physiology laboratories in person.
- Prepare instructional materials and laboratory activities.
- Adjudicate shared lab practical exams.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and assessments.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administrators to support integrated course delivery.
- B.S. degree in Biology or a medically related discipline, including coursework in anatomy and physiology.
- Relevant teaching experience.
- M.S. or doctoral degree in biology or a medically related discipline.
- At least one year of college‑level teaching experience as the instructor of record.
- Work experience in an allied health field.
- Expertise in anatomy and physiology and/or relevant industry experience.
- Availability to teach classes on a variety of days and times.

- Describe how your experiences have prepared you to teach A&P online (if applicable).
