Minimum Requirements Additional Requirements

* Bachelor's degree required

* Minimum one year of customer service or student services experience ( as a student or professional capacity).

* Ability to work respectfully and effectively in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings.

* Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Financial Aid experience

* Experience in student services, interpreting and applying policies and regulations.

* Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information.

* Familiarity with Veterans educational benefits
