Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required. Minimum one year of customer service or student services experience (as a student or professional capacity). Ability to work respectfully and effectively in diverse, multicultural, and inclusive settings. Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast paced environment with frequent interruptions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial Aid experience. Experience in student services, interpreting and applying policies and regulations. Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information. Familiarity with Veterans educational benefits.
