Henley High School is seeking a dynamic and engaging candidate for the Airforce Junior ROTC Position.
Qualifications- Fully retired from Active Duty A.F. within 9 months, or fully retired now from the ANG/AFRES.
- Hold a retired rank of Tech Sergeant or above.
- Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (major or minor is not relevant).

- Ability to work collaboratively with district level colleagues as well as post-secondary personnel.
- Ability to build a rapport and inspire high school students to achievement and participation in the program.
Plan, organize and implement an appropriate instructional program, as designated by the Klamath County School District, in a learning environment that guides and encourages students to develop and fulfill their academic potential.
Preference will be given to candidates willing to coach and advise extra‑curricular opportunities available.
Physical ability to adhere to OSHA and district safety regulations.

This position will begin in the 2026/2027 school year; 200 days per year; full time.
