Adjunct Instructor - Information Technology

Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate information technology courses in the Department of Management. Possible courses include C# .NET, Python, SQL Server, Windows Server, Systems Analysis Methodologies, Big Data methodologies, and Data Analytics. Adjunct instructors may be called to teach as needed in a pool for up to two years.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or higher in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Experience teaching.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Canvas or a similar Learning Management System (e.g., Blackboard).
  • Experience using virtual meeting and collaboration tools for teaching, such as Zoom, Skype, and Microsoft Teams.
Additional Information

The position is part-time, FTE 0.49, 9 month term, Pay per credit hour. The role is part of the adjunct teaching pool, active for up to two years. The Department of Management is within the College of Engineering, Technology & Management (ETM).
