Position: Senior Integrations Developer - Information Systems - FT VARYING SHIFTS

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience);
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare informatics or systems integration;
Strong understanding of clinical, financial, and operational workflows;
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment;
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred: Experience with Epic, Corepoint, Elekta MOSAIQ;
Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, XDR, RESTful Web Services;
Experience supporting HIE initiatives and provider system integrations.

Job Functions
  • Architect, develop, and maintain integrations using tools such as Epic, Corepoint, Elekta MOSAIQ, and other enterprise systems.
  • Lead HIE integration efforts, ensuring accurate documentation, system equity, and validation across provider systems.
  • Apply data mining, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze workflows and recommend system enhancements aligned with business and clinical goals.
  • Develop and execute test plans, perform quality assurance, and document validation results.
  • Support HL7, FHIR, RESTful APIs, and other interoperability standards.
  • Provide training and technical support to end users and departments on integration features and updates.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in healthcare informatics and interoperability.
  • Communicate effectively across departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
