Information Providers, Inc. is hiring a part-time 1099 Insurance Property Inspector in Klamath Falls, OR, who thrives in an independent, field-based schedule.
CompensationEarn $20-$28 per billable hour.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Conduct on-site inspections of homes and businesses.
- Capture detailed photographs and document key features.
- Assess conditions, identify potential hazards or concerns.
- Compile thorough, high-quality underwriting survey reports.
- Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and web-based applications.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for inspections.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage own schedule.
- Close attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check.
Flexible weekday hours: 7 AM-4 PM, 8 AM-5 PM, or 9 AM-5 PM. Work dispatched from home with no central office reporting required.
