Sage Credit Union is expanding its marketing department and seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our brand and member engagement initiatives.

• Lead the Marketing Team: develop, coach and manage individual team members to ensure department excellence.
• Develop strategy to build brand visibility, recognition, and adoption in emerging markets.
• Direct marketing and sales planning, including analysis of competitive products/services, selling techniques, regulation, budgets, pricing and distribution.
• Conduct market research and recommend product/service modifications or improvements.
• Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders (IT, Compliance, Training) to ensure alignment in positioning and effective delivery of communications.
• Stay current on evolving technologies used to deliver marketing communications, including website, social media, online review and search, and adapt tactics accordingly.
• Lead the development of all advertising and associated physical and digital collateral materials.
• Champion campaigns that are delivered timely, build lasting relationships, align with the brand, and drive value for members.
• Coordinate special events; monitor planning, schedule and implementation as required for proper execution.
• Manage member complaint/grievance response activity.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Two to five years of experience in marketing in financial services preferred.
• Cooperative, positive attitude toward members and fellow employees using sound interpersonal skills.
