Unit: Med Surg – Discharge LVN (RDU)

• Start Date: February 26, 2026
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Shift: Nights – 12 Hour Shifts
• Weekend: Every Other Weekend Required
• Orientation: 13 Hours
• Charting System: Epic

Medically Ready for Discharge Unit (RDU) caring for patients awaiting discharge placement or clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under RN supervision
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education
• Monitor patient condition and report changes
• Document care in Epic
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team

• Active Oregon LPN License
• Minimum 2 Years Acute Care Experience
• BLS Certification Required
• Strong communication and discharge coordination skills
