The Opportunity:Practice at Full Scope
Experience a "best of both worlds" environment: the autonomy of an independent model with the supportive backup of a collegial MD/CRNA group.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 07:00 – 17:00.
Rotation: Equitable 1:5 call (CRNA as first call; MD as backup).
Case Mix: Diverse and engaging, including General, Ortho, GYN, ENT, Podiatry, Urology, Spine, Vascular, Level 3 Trauma, Healthy Peds, and a heavy emphasis on Regional (main hospital OR + Ambulatory Surgery Center cases included) Anesthesia.
Facilities: Split your time between the main Hospital OR and our modern Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).

Annual Compensation $400,000 (All‑inclusive) $360,000 Base
