Nurse Practitioner | Physician Assistant - Part-time availability. No evening, weekend, or holiday on‑call requirements.
We are looking for clinicians who want to make a difference in seniors’ lives. Join our team that is transforming health care delivery and improving outcomes for post‑acute patients and long‑term care residents.
Age Right Clinical Services (ACS) was created to meet the ever‑increasing medical needs of post‑acute and long‑term care residents in skilled nursing, assisted living, and memory care environments. ACS is the first and only clinical group of its kind, created by long‑term care providers for long‑term care providers.
As a clinician with ACS, you will work on a team of dedicated physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician associates, together with facility nursing staff, therapists, dietitians, and social workers to deliver compassionate, holistic care to our patients. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced family, adult, or geriatric nurse practitioner or physician associate who desires a facility‑based environment, autonomy, and the chance to exercise their clinical skillset.
