Locums Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner in Klamath Falls, Oregon - No Call, Long-Term Assignment

Support an immediate care expansion with three 12-hour shifts per week in a high-acuity urgent care setting. This outpatient assignment offers no call and the opportunity to commit to a longer-term schedule.

• No call responsibilities
• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Long-term assignment with extension potential
• High-acuity urgent care practice

• Outpatient drop-in urgent care serving patients of all ages
• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses, minor trauma, injuries, and chronic condition flare-ups
• Perform laceration repair, incision and drainage, splinting, X-ray interpretation, injections, and toenail removal
• Average of approximately 35 patients per day

• Three 12-hour shifts per week
• Weekend coverage required, though not every weekend
• Full-time coverage beginning in late August
• Assignment expected to last approximately 3 months with potential to extend

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner
• Active Oregon license required
• Board Certified as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner or Family Nurse Practitioner
• DEA required

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage are provided
• Travel to the assignment and return travel at the end of the assignment are covered
