Age Right Clinical Services seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for part-time, facility-based care across post-acute, long-term care, memory care, and assisted living environments. No on-call evenings, weekends, or holidays are required, with a schedule of 2–3 days per week.
You will join a team of physicians, NPs, and PAs to deliver compassionate, holistic care to seniors in skilled nursing and other facilities;
Oregon licensure is required, new grads welcome to apply.
