Licensed Practical Nurse

KLAMATH BASIN BEHAVIORAL HEALTH seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to support comprehensive mental health care in a collaborative team. The LPN will provide direct client care, administer medications, monitor physical and behavioral health, and document accurately in the EHR. Working closely with therapists and prescribers, this role supports crisis intervention, client education, and care coordination. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to clients in a behavioral health setting under clinical supervision
• Administer medications, monitor side effects, and document in the EHRPerform client assessments including vital signs and mental status observations
• Support crisis intervention and safety planning as part of the care team
• Educate clients and families on treatment plans, medications, and wellness strategies
• Collaborate with therapists, prescribers, and support staff to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and follow regulatory standards
