Engage with pet parents and their pets to provide positive experiences in-store and over the phone;
Greet customers, answer questions, and assist at the sales register and online channels;
Prepare online orders for pick-up and ensure a smooth in-store pickup experience;
Maintain store cleanliness and pet safety standards, and care for store-owned pets;
Promote events and services (adoption weekends, Treats enrollment, etc.) and support pricing/promotions as needed
