You’re energized by the challenge of pursuit and take pride in turning initial outreach into lasting business relationships.
You will thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑activity sales environment, using social selling, digital outreach, direct prospecting, and phone calls to capture attention, schedule appointments, and consistently fuel the sales pipeline. You’ll work closely with the Partner/Owner, who will collaborate with you on client meetings and assist with closing, allowing you to focus on what you do best: finding and engaging new opportunities.
You will also be part of a Client Growth Specialist cohort, working alongside others in the same role. In this team‑oriented environment, you’ll never feel alone—you’ll collaborate, share ideas, test new approaches, and learn from one another while receiving ongoing guidance and support from leadership.
What You Will Do- Make high-volume outreach to local businesses through calls, social platforms, and in-person networking
- Build a strong digital presence across Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, and other channels; create and share engaging content that highlights Express solutions and client success stories
- Identify hiring signals and convert leads into qualified discovery appointments for the Partner/Owner; collaborate with fellow CGSs and leadership to refine outreach strategies and share best practices
- Track outreach activity, engagement, and appointment results to maintain consistent momentum
- 7 to 10 qualified discovery appointments scheduled per week
- 100+ meaningful connections with decision-makers weekly
- Consistent social engagement and content creation
- Strong collaboration with the Partner/Owner and CGS cohort to support closing efforts
- Demonstrated persistence and follow-through on all outreach activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in direct sales or social selling (B2B or B2C preferred)
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in social platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and goal‑driven activity
- Self‑motivated, organized, and eager to learn
- Coachable and resilient, with a mindset for consistent performance
- Sales experience is highly preferred. We value mindset and work ethic.
- Competitive base salary $45k - $55k/yr + bonus & commission
