This role delivers high quality products to our customers. It is this person's role to assist the crew in delivering a 5-star customer experience to our customers efficiently and safely.

Roofer duties and responsibilities

Roofers repair, maintain and remove existing and install new roofing for commercial and residential buildings. This usually requires knowledge of different materials, including composition shingles, Metal and different kinds of low slope roofing materials. They are able to choose the right materials for the job and can deliver a job on time. Roofers use equipment and materials safely while working at a height.

Roofer duties and responsibilities might include:

• Repairing or maintenance work;
• repairing of old materials;
• Filling in leaks with cement or other appropriate materials;
• Installing solar shingles and insulation systems;
• Working out a project timeframe and budget to propose to a customer;
• Following health and safety rules, particularly regarding working at height;
• Checking for weather damage;
• Restocking materials.
• Installing metal roofing
• Installing low slope

Reports to crew lead person - This position is someone with minimal experience with a huger to learn this trade from true pro's. How to do roof the right way. This person would be a 3,4 or 5th person on the job and have to be a quick learner and willing fo follow instructions given by the team members ahead of them on the org chart.
