Position Objectives
As a House Painter, you will:
- Apply high-quality finishes to residential homes and buildings.
- Ensure your work meets Linkville's high standards for quality and safety.
- Collaborate with your team to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients and crew members.
Salary and Compensation

- Painting
Skills:
Experience with interior and exterior painting, including prep work and finishing techniques. - Physical Endurance:
Ability to handle physical tasks like climbing ladders, lifting materials, and working outdoors in all weather conditions. - Attention to Detail:
Deliver precision and high-quality craftsmanship with every stroke. - Time Management:
Keep a steady pace to complete your work on time and to standard. - Safety Awareness:
Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices when painting. - Problem-Solving:
Ability to adapt and find solutions when issues arise on the job. - Teamwork:
Collaborate effectively with others to ensure the best outcome for each project. - Tool Proficiency:
Familiarity with brushes, rollers, sprayers, and other painting equipment. - Communication
Skills:
Clear and concise communication with your team and clients.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
- Apply paint to residential properties, ensuring an even and smooth finish.
- Handle touch-ups and maintenance as needed.
- Ensure all work is done in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain organized and safe work spaces.
- Follow instructions and work closely with project managers to complete tasks.
- Education & Experience:
Previous experience in house painting is preferred, but we're willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and a passion for the craft. - Physical Requirements:
