Klamath Falls Honda is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a Flat Rate Technician who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and delivering a professional experience for customers and coworkers. You’ll work in a clean, well‑equipped, and safety‑focused shop with strong leadership and a steady workload—allowing you to perform at your best and grow your skills in a supportive environment.

Monday
- Friday 8am‑5pm
Compensation
: $26‑$29 per flagged hour DOE
- Minimum 1 year automotive technician experience required, 2 years preferred.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair preferred.
- Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand‑eye coordination.
- Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
- Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
- Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively.
- Perform diagnostic and repair work to manufacturer and dealership standards.
- Communicate repair needs clearly with advisors and leadership.
- Ensure accurate documentation and repair order notes.
- Conduct thorough inspections and identify additional service needs.
- Maintain tools, shop equipment, and a clean, safe work area.
- Road‑test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality.

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
