Klamath Falls Honda is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Flat Rate Automotive Technician to join our growing service team. This role is ideal for a Flat Rate Technician who takes pride in accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and delivering a professional experience for customers and coworkers.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Compensation: $26-$29 per flagged hour DOE

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year automotive technician experience required, 2 years preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair preferred.
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
  • Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively.

What You Will Do:

  • Perform diagnostic and repair work to manufacturer and dealership standards.
  • Communicate repair needs clearly with advisors and leadership.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and repair order notes.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and identify additional service needs.
  • Maintain tools, shop equipment, and a clean, safe work area.
  • Road‑test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality.

This position does nothave supervisory responsibilities.
