Toyota Service Technician

Busy shop with high earning potential; expect at least 40 hours per week. Paid Toyota training included, together with travel and relocation assistance for certified Toyota Master Technicians.

• Pay range depends on experience and qualifications; flat rate pay scale.

• Perform work as outlined on the repair order efficiently and accurately, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunction.
• Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed and test procedures/results on the repair order.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications through required training.
• Use shop supplies and materials efficiently.
• Maintain an inventory of normal mechanic tools and special tools.

• An ambitious self‑starter with a team mindset.
• Prior Toyota experience required.
• Enthusiastic about the product line.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Desire to improve constantly and be a true team player.
• Customer‑focused and results‑oriented.
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and computing skills.
• ASE certifications required.
