- Running the jobsite and overseeing daily crew operations.
- Delegating tasks and supporting your team in completing high‑quality work.
- Ensuring all work follows OSHA safety standards and best practices.
- Working hands‑on with composition shingles, metal roofing, solar shingles, and low‑slope systems.
- Keeping the customer experience front and center—clear communication, clean jobites, and pride in your finished product.
- Experience:
5+ years of roofing experience (residential or commercial). Previous leadership is a plus. - Physical:
Able to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and tolerate varied weather. - Mindset:
Driven, humble, team‑first, and ready to take ownership. - Safety:
Strong understanding of roofing safety standards.
Pay: $25–$32/hr, DOE

Based in Klamath Falls. Minimal commute, with some travel as needed.
