  Flat rate pay scale. Opportunities to make $60,000 - $100,000 per year depending on experience and certifications.

As a Service Technician, you'll work on some of the most recognized vehicles in the industry, including Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram models, while utilizing the latest tools, technology, and repair resources.

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards .
• Diagnose cause of malfunction.
• Road test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work.
• Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results.
• Acquire and maintain manufacturer and ASE certifications by completing the necessary and required training.
• Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner.
• Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools to include screwdrivers, wrenches, socket wrenches, pliers, hammers, chisels and punches, and other tools needed to perform the work for which the technician is trained and not normally inventoried by the service department as "special tools".

• 2+ years experience as an Automotive Service Technician required.
• Ability to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles efficiently while delivering quality expertise.
• Operate a wide variety of cars, trucks and vans with the ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality repairs.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid 'driver's license in your state of residence.
