Annual salary range: $64,691 – $80,863 (DOE). Compensation may be adjusted for education, experience, internal equity, and market data. Benefits include health, dental, vision, paid leave, retirement match (up to 8%), and more.

Directly supervises employees in the Peer Support and/or Supported Employment programs. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, applies applicable laws, helps individuals secure employment and develop workforce skills, and coordinates activities of program staff, volunteers, and students of relevant educational programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Improved staff satisfaction and retention through supportive supervision and proactive engagement.
- Unified leadership presence, creating clarity, consistency, and psychological safety.
- Well‑supported interns who receive clear guidance and structured learning opportunities.
- Improved client management across staff caseloads, with high‑quality documentation, timely approvals, and strong treatment plan alignment.
- Consistent scheduling coverage and service continuity, even during staff absences or shifting needs.
- Effective collaboration with the Program Manager on training plans, budgets, staffing needs, and program updates.
- Successful coordination of quarterly team‑building and professional development events.
- Stable and compliant operations across overseen programs.
