Salary and Compensation

Annual salary range: $64,691 – $80,863 (DOE). Compensation may be adjusted for education, experience, internal equity, and market data. Benefits include health, dental, vision, paid leave, retirement match (up to 8%), and more.

Position Summary

Directly supervises employees in the Peer Support and/or Supported Employment programs. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, applies applicable laws, helps individuals secure employment and develop workforce skills, and coordinates activities of program staff, volunteers, and students of relevant educational programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain a 20% clinical caseload, depending on duties.
  • Ensure quality and effectiveness for KBBH program components, making day‑to‑day workload decisions.
  • Provide direct clinical support to clinicians through live supervision, consultation, education, and targeted interventions.
  • Ensure timely reporting and routine paperwork for contractors and QI committees; lead quality‑improvement efforts.
  • Review and approve clinical documentation, including assessments and other communications.
  • Collaborate with Outpatient Programs.
  • Work closely with the Clinical Manager to develop employee performance appraisals, goals, and training plans.
  • Participate in developing and implementing agency administrative policy.
  • Provide individual or group counseling, as needed.
  • Train new employees on agency policy, procedures, and regulations.
  • Represent the agency at community or interagency meetings.
  • Process employee timecards within required time frames.
  • Ensure timely completion of employee status change or payroll change forms.
  • Manage disciplinary processes and procedures as needed.

    • Improved client management across staff caseloads, with high‑quality documentation, timely approvals, and strong treatment plan alignment.
    • Consistent scheduling coverage and service continuity, even during staff absences or shifting needs.
    Operational & Development
    • Effective collaboration with the Program Manager on training plans, budgets, staffing needs, and program updates.
    • Successful coordination of quarterly team‑building and professional development events.
    • Stable and compliant operations across overseen programs.
