System Transport is hiring experienced CDL-A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western region of America. Drivers will be transporting important goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. • $5K Hiring Bonus Eligibility Requirements:
  • Drivers must be currently employed and actively driving to receive the payout.
  • Payout is made every 90 days over a 12‑month period of active and good‑standing employment.
  • 1st payout is $1,250.00 at 90 days of active employment.
  • 2nd payout is $1,250.00 at next 90 days of active employment.
  • 3rd payout is $1,250.00 at next 90 days of active employment.
  • 4th and final payment of $1,250.00 at next 90 days of active employment.
  • Owner/operators and inexperienced trainees (less than 4 months CDL‑A driving experience) are not eligible for this special offer.

Full pay package includes accessorial compensation such as tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay. Including mileage pay and all accessorial pay, full‑time drivers on this fleet can earn $903.55 - $2,021.54 per week ($46,984.82 - $ per year) depending on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service.

Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.57 - $0.71 per mile, depending on experience.

Transition Package: $1,800 transition package, $1,000 of which is allotted for orientation for the first 2 weeks, allowing drivers to focus on driving while the company handles the rest.
