System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional and OTR routes in the western region of America. As a driver, you will transport important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. The position is based at Ennis, TX, with home time weekly.

• Transport specified goods and materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance on the truck to ensure safety.
• Adhere to all company, state, and federal regulations.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Safe driving record.
• Able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot high platform twice during orientation.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• 4+ months of driving experience required.
• Background check, clean drug test, and clean clearinghouse result required.

Weekly pay: $1,033.39 – $1,795.03 (dependent on experience, routes, attendance, and length of service). Annual pay: $53,736.33 – $93,341.73.

Open accessorial compensation includes tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and over‑dimensional pay. Flatbed regional driver rate: $0.52 – $0.66 per mile.

Transition package: $1,800, with $1,000 allocated for orientation during the first 2 weeks.

Drivers operate flatbed trucks equipped with lane departure and forward collision warning, hard‑brake monitoring, satellite communication, and continuous 24/7 maintenance support.
