Full-time drivers can earn $1,033.39 – $1,795.03 per week ($53,736.33 – $93,341.73 per year). Additional accessorial pay includes tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, and over-dimensional pay. Flatbed Regional Driver Rate: $0.52 – $0.66 per mile.

Transition Package: $1,800, including $1,000 for orientation covering the first 2 weeks.

• Required: No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
• Required: 4+ months of driving experience
• Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience, but not necessary
• Required: Background Check

• Required: Clean Clearinghouse result
• Required: Physical ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation; flatbed drivers typically tarp about 70% of loads.
