Position: Helicopter Pilot -HAA - Located in Klamath Falls, OR

Job Overview

REACH Air Medical Services is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. Safety is paramount in all operations.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Starting Salary Range: $97,635 – $107,398 (10% geographic modifier included)
  • 15,000 Sign‑On Bonus, subject to eligibility
  • Retention bonus plan – $40,000 after 42 months, plus additional bonuses upon program milestone completion
  • On‑Duty Housing provided
  • 7/7 scheduling

Responsibilities
  • Work with medical experts to safely transport patients to and from locations and facilities.
  • Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals, FAR, and company requirements; maintain aircraft cleanliness.
  • Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record-keeping.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
  • Provide shift‑change information to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording company change board details.
  • Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
Minimum Requirements
  • Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
  • Helicopter instrument rating
  • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
  • 2,000 total flight hours
  • 2,000 helicopter flight hours1,000 helicopter PIC hours
  • 1,000 turbine hours
  • Minimum 200 helicopter night hours (aided and/or unaided)
  • 230 pound weight limit with flight gear
Aircraft Experience
  • Previous experience on Airbus AS350/H125 or similar aircraft preferred.
Preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
