Senior B2B Sales Executive – Luxury Mobility/Private Jet (Revenue Hunter) About Mein Luxus Reisen AG
Mein Luxus Reisen AG is a Swiss premium Chauffeur and VIP Mobility Provider headquartered in Kloten.
We operate VIP Sprinters, Mercedes-Benz V-Class vehicles, Luxury coaches, and High-end Chauffeur Services for corporate clients, private aviation operators, luxury hotels, and high-net-worth individuals.
Our reputation is built on operational precision, regulatory compliance, punctuality, and uncompromising service standards.
We are expanding and hiring a true revenue hunter to grow our direct B2B contracts.
This Role Is For ClosersYou are not hired to “maintain relationships.”
You are hired to:
- Generate new corporate accounts
- Penetrate 5-star hotels and private aviation networks
- Close high-value B2B contracts
- Build recurring monthly revenue
If you prefer inbound leads and warm introductions, this role is not for you.
Your Responsibilities- Actively prospect and approach target companies in Zurich
- Conduct in-person meetings and commercial negotiations
- Close long-term corporate mobility agreements
- Develop partnerships within private jet and luxury hospitality sectors
- Build and manage a measurable sales pipeline
- Deliver clear monthly revenue results
This is a KPI-driven position with clear accountability.
Performance ExpectationsWithin the first 6 months:
- CHF 300,000+ in new contracted revenue
- Minimum 5 recurring B2B accounts
- Tangible monthly revenue contribution
High performance will be rewarded accordingly.
Your Profile- 5+ years B2B sales experience in Switzerland
- Proven closing track record (numbers required)
- Comfortable with performance-based compensation
- Fluent German and English (French is a plus)
- Confident presence suitable for corporate and luxury clients
- Disciplined, resilient, and self-driven
We are not hiring junior sales profiles or account coordinators.
Compensation- Competitive fixed base salary (commission-weighted structure)
- Strong uncapped commission model
- Performance bonus tiers
- High earning potential for proven closers
On-Target Earnings: CHF 110,000 – 160,000+
Top performers will exceed this range.
