Position OverviewThe Office & Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day administrative, organizational, and marketing needs of the business. This role acts as a central support system — helping manage schedules, communicate with clients, keep operations organized, assist with marketing efforts, and step in wherever needed to support the team.
Some weeks will be busier than others, and flexibility is key. We’re looking for someone who sees what needs to be done and helps make it happen.
ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operations Support
- Schedule interviews and assist with hiring coordination
- Maintain schedules and send reminders as needed
- Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
- Invoice clients and follow up when necessary
- Update and maintain internal bookkeeping and tracking sheets
Marketing & Social Media
- Capture content (photos/videos) as needed
- Assist with social media posting and upkeep
- Support marketing initiatives including postcard tracking and Google/Facebook ads
Logistics & Facility Support
- Assist with client or dog pick-ups and drop-offs when needed
- Help keep the facility organized and clean
- Support miscellaneous tasks that help the business run efficiently
General Support
- Jump in where needed — this is a collaborative, team-first role
- Assist with special projects as they arise
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable driving locally as part of the role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable working in a dog-focused environment
- Prior admin, social media, or small business support experience is a plus (but not required)
