IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable IT Manager to lead and manage our IT infrastructure and operations in Knightdale, NC. The ideal candidate will possess a strong problem-solving mindset, technical competence, and the ability to act as a strategic business partner. This role requires hands-on experience with network infrastructure, system administration, and cybersecurity, along with excellent communication and project management skills.

• Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365, Exchange, VOIP systems, and network infrastructure (switches, access points, firewalls).
• Oversee and administer Microsoft environments and system administration tasks.
• Ensure cybersecurity best practices and protocols are implemented and maintained.
• Manage and support network infrastructure, with preference for experience in Comcast, HP, and Sonic Wall.
• Administer and maintain CCT surveillance systems.
• Collaborate with and manage relationships with external Managed Service Providers (MSP) to ensure effective IT support and service delivery.
• Lead IT projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Serve as a strategic business partner by aligning IT initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Provide end-user focused support and training to enhance technology adoption and productivity.
• Continuously learn and adapt to emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Support and administer Net Suite ERP systems;
  Net Suite One World experience preferred.
• Experience with Woo Commerce, Celigo integrations, and Native WMS systems is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
• Proven network experience and understanding of network infrastructure components.
• Technical competence across system administration, Microsoft 365, Exchange, VOIP, and cybersecurity.
• Adaptable to change and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• End-user focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Continuous learner with a passion for staying current with technology trends.
• Cybersecurity expertise to protect company assets and data.
• Experience managing and administering Microsoft environments.
• Hands-on experience with network infrastructure including switches, access points, and firewalls.
• Experience with CCT surveillance systems.
• Net Suite Administrator Certification preferred.
• Experience with Woo Commerce, Celigo, and Native WMS preferred.
• Net Suite One World experience preferred.
• Ability to work effectively with a support MSP.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of IT management or related experience.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, networking, cybersecurity, or Net Suite are a plus.
