We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembly Quality Control Associate to join our team in Knightdale, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting completed cabinets to ensure they meet our high standards for quality, appearance, and functionality before shipment. This position plays a key role in delivering exceptional products and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Perform quality inspections on cabinets coming off the assembly line to ensure they meet company standards and are free from visible defects, including scratches, cracks, or other imperfections.
- Verify that all required hardware and components have been properly installed and secured.
- Apply proper wrapping, packaging, and boxing techniques to protect cabinets during transportation and delivery.
- Assist with safely lifting and moving cabinets from the assembly line to designated pallet locations.
- Accurately palletize products according to order numbers to ensure efficient order fulfillment and shipment accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area around the assembly line.
- Report quality concerns or production issues promptly to supervisors.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to identify product defects, missing components, and assembly inconsistencies.
- Experience with packaging, wrapping, or handling cabinetry or similar manufactured products is preferred.
- Ability to safely lift, move, and handle cabinets and other materials as required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow processes accurately.
- Dependable work ethic with a commitment to workplace safety and cleanliness.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
