TJ Maxx is seeking a dynamic Floor Associate to support receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will help ensure efficient processing, maintain a clean and organized store, and model outstanding service.
You will train Associates on merchandising, properly tag and hang merchandise, and communicate with management to keep goods flowing to the floor. A flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is required.
