Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts;
Conduct regular and random patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns;
Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel, visitors, and delivery traffic while following post orders and client-directed protocols;
Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, assisting with directions and visitor questions, and maintaining accurate incident and activity reports
