We are seeking an organized, friendly, and motivated Scheduling & Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in helping patients schedule their care, understand recommended treatment, and feel supported throughout their dental journey.

The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately
• Coordinate treatment plans with providers and patients
• Communicate treatment recommendations in a clear and supportive way
• Assist patients with understanding next steps in their care
• Manage appointment confirmations, recalls, and follow-ups
• Maintain an organized schedule to support practice productivity
• Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to ensure smooth patient flow
• Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming patient experience

• Previous dental front office experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans with patients
• Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
