Position OverviewWe are seeking an organized, friendly, and motivated Scheduling & Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in helping patients schedule their care, understand recommended treatment, and feel supported throughout their dental journey.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule patient appointments efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate treatment plans with providers and patients
- Communicate treatment recommendations in a clear and supportive way
- Assist patients with understanding next steps in their care
- Manage appointment confirmations, recalls, and follow-ups
- Maintain an organized schedule to support practice productivity
- Work closely with the clinical and front office teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming patient experience
- Previous dental front office experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Comfortable discussing treatment plans with patients
- Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
