Full-Charge Bookkeeper (Quick Books Online)
Dalton Collision – Knoxville, TN
Dalton Collision is looking for an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting for our growing collision repair shop.
Responsibilities- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Maintain the general ledger in Quick Books Online
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Work with management and CPA for year-end reporting
- 3–5+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency with Quick Books Online required
- Experience with bank reconciliations and financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Payroll experience preferred
Pay: $55,000 – $65,000 per year depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday–Friday
