Job Description Summary

This position is responsible for assisting with the general ledger record keeping and in a timely manner to enable the Finance department to meet reporting deadlines.

What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

* Perform month-end close in accordance with internal close schedule

* Prepare various accruals and ensure proper timing and classifications of expenses

* Assist in preparation of financial reports and analyses of period close activities

* Coordinate and engage in variance review meetings during close periods

* Partner with FP&A and/or operation management to resolve non-reconciling items and other analysis of monthly activities.

* Maintain completeness and accuracy of the general ledge accounts on a monthly basis through account reconciliations.

* Review and assist in ownership of treasury, billing and accounts payable

* Assist as needed on projects, such as internal and external audits

* Assess and analyze areas for process improvements.
