The Controller will oversee accounting, tax, cash management, and IT. Reporting locally to the general manager and aligning with global finance, the Controller will own the financial and accounting operations for this local operation.

Experience: Director

Salary: $140,000 – $160,000 per year

• Oversight of operational accounting, cost accounting, tax, and cash management
• Drive budgeting & forecasting
• Lead month-end close process including entries and reconciliations
• Act as liaison for tax and audit consultants
• Ensure internal compliance and controls
• Financial reporting
• Cash flow management and cash forecasting & reconciliations
• Inventory accounting
• Other operational management:
  Payroll & Benefits administration, IT management
• Ad hoc reporting as needed

• Bachelor's degree
• CPA
• 5+ years manufacturing accounting experience
• 5+ years accounting leadership experience
• US GAAP knowledge
• Expert level Excel

• Masters Degree / MBA
• Prior manufacturing environment Controller experience
• Experience working with a global company
