Pilot Company is seeking an experienced Payroll Accounting Manager to lead the corporate payroll team. You will supervise and coach accountants, drive month-end close processes, and ensure GAAP-compliant payroll records across multi-state operations.
You will also optimize processes, manage journal entries, reconciliations, and internal controls while supporting external reporting and audits. A CPP or similar certification is a plus for this role.
