Novinger, Ball, & Zivi, a Knoxville-based Certified Public Accounting Firm, is looking foran Accounting Services Supervisor for their Client Accounting and Advisory Services(CAAS) Team.

- Client support and training for Quick Books Online and Quick Books Desktop; includes (but not limited to) accounts receivable,accounts payable,billing,payroll set-up and processing,bankand credit card reconciliations, class trackingandjournal entries within Quick Books
- Supervise CAAS staff
- Review assigned accounts maintained by CAAS staff
- Review payroll tax returns, sales tax returns, and tangible personal property reports
- Assisttax staff with trial balance clean-up work when time permits
- Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced,deadline-driven environment
- Expert in Quick Books Desktop and Quick Books Online
- General ledger experience and significant accounting knowledge
- Familiar with financial statements in Quick Books and running reports
- Strong attention to detail and ability tomaintainaccuraterecords
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills while being able to prioritize, work efficiently, and meet time budgets
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to take initiative and problem-solve
- Public accounting and/or previous CAAS experience a plus
- Ability to pass CAAS assessment
