Accounting Manager (Up to $85k)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee financial records, reporting, budgeting support, payroll, and compliance for a commercial and multifamily property management company.

• Maintain accurate financial records for multiple entities, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with outside accountants on tax filings and regulatory compliance.
• Review invoices, monitor expenses, resolve discrepancies, and support internal controls.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• At least three years of accounting experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Experience with Real Page, Yardi, Sage, Quick Books, or similar software preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with a team, and meet deadlines.

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, flexible hours between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Salary up to $85k, based on experience and skill level
