Aboutthe Role
We are looking to hire two student positions — one to support the Safety Department and one to support the Underground Construction Department. Both roles will include general office duties such as filing, scanning, copying, and reviewing documents as per instruction. Other duties will also consist of transferring paper documents to electronic data, assist with invoice reconciliation and payment, auditing time sheets, and general data entry to keep databases updated.
Student will work with basic Microsoft Office products as well as KUB proprietary software. There may be some opportunity for field related duties as well.

- Work with basic Microsoft Office products as well as KUB proprietary software; participate in possible field-related duties as needed.
Physical Requirements: Exerts up to 20 pounds of force occasionally to move or relocate files, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, and pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Works primarily in an office setting, but regular field visits and activities required.
Requires bending, stooping, some lifting, working in awkward and strenuous positions at times, and mobility over rough terrain.
- Must be a full-time student of an accredited college or university pursuing an Associates, Bachelors, or graduate-level degree
- Must have and maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- Must be available to work minimum of 15 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:00am–4:30 pm
- Valid driver’s license

- Pursuing a business-related undergraduate or graduate degree
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to write reports/summaries/articles requiring minimal review
- Experience with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Share Point
- Experience with Tableau or PowerBI
- Ability to work with multiple different teams and departments across the organization
