Position SummaryBlue Line Solutions is expanding operations with the opening of its new Knoxville Processing Center and is seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to support and oversee day-to-day office operations at this location. This role is critical to ensure smooth administrative operations, employee support, facility coordination, and consistent execution of company policies and procedures.
The Office Manager serves as the primary on-site administrative leader for the Knoxville office, supporting staff, coordinating with headquarters, and maintaining a professional, efficient, and compliant workplace. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Management- Oversee daily office operations at the Knoxville Processing Center.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related needs, questions, and coordination.
- Maintain office organization, supplies, equipment, and general facility needs.
- Ensure office procedures and workflows align with company standards.
- Support onboarding logistics for new hires, including workspace setup and system access coordination.
- Assist with administrative documentation, recordkeeping, and reporting.
- Support scheduling, attendance tracking, and time-off coordination in partnership with leadership.
- Promote a positive, professional, and respectful workplace environment.
- Assist with internal communications between Knoxville staff and corporate teams.
- Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and office events.
- Serve as a trusted on-site resource for employees regarding policies, procedures, and general questions.
- Coordinate with Processing leadership, Agency Operations, and headquarters to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with basic reporting, data tracking, and operational support as needed.
- Support compliance with company policies, security protocols, and confidentiality standards.
- Help facilitate communication with external vendors or service providers related to office operations.
- Support special projects and additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative leadership, or operations support.
- Experience supporting teams in a fast-paced or regulated environment preferred.
- Comfortable working with confidential or sensitive information.

This role reports to the Director of Processing Operations and works closely with Processing Management and Corporate Teams.
Compensation- $45,000 to $55,000 annually
