Compensation: $45,000–$55,000 annually
Position SummaryThe Team Operations Manager provides operational and transaction support to the Industrial brokerage team. This role assists with listing preparation, marketing coordination, transaction documentation, scheduling, reporting, and internal data management throughout the commercial real estate deal lifecycle.
EssentialJob Responsibilities
- Coordinate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and amendments
- Track transaction deadlines including due diligence periods and earnest money deposits
- Coordinate inspections, environmental reports, surveys, and appraisals
- Schedule showings, tours, meetings, and closings
- Coordinate with title companies, buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords
- Maintain transaction records and manage internal deal files
- Process completed transactions in Buildout and internal systems
- Maintain CRM databases, ownership/property records, and internal Google Drive files
- Enter new leads, buyer and tenant contacts, and comparable sales data
- Support listing launches and marketing campaigns using email and digital marketing platforms
- Prepare marketing collateral and proposals
- Track team expenses and support commission processing through or similar platforms
- Coordinate client meetings, conferences, travel logistics, and team events
- Support internal reporting and licensing or compliance tracking
- Experience in brokerage administration, transaction coordination, or administrative support preferred
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using Google Workspace or similar systems
- Experience working with CRM or database platforms preferred
