Business Development Coordinator (BDC) / Administrative Support

Trinity Services – Knoxville, TN Full-Time | In-Office | Hourly + Commission

Trinity Services is a fast-growing roofing, restoration, remodeling, and exteriors company serving Knoxville and surrounding counties. We treat your property like it’s our own and we expect our team to operate with ownership and accountability. We are looking for someone who is confident on the phone, competitive about results, and highly organized behind the scenes. This is a split role:
Morning = Revenue Production Afternoon = Operational Support

Morning Responsibilities – Revenue Focused (BDC)
  • Follow up on open estimates using a structured Day 1–90 system
  • Call, text, and email customers who have already received proposals
  • Identify objections quickly (price, timing, comparison bids)
  • Help improve close rates across roofing, remodeling, and restoration
  • Document all communication inside CRM
  • Protect every opportunity as if it were your own
Afternoon Responsibilities – Administrative Support
  • Assist Office/Business Manager with documentation and job files
  • Data entry and CRM updates
  • Maintain organized digital records
  • Support billing preparation
  • Ensure estimates and paperwork are complete and accurate
Who You Are

  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Comfortable balancing sales activity with administrative precision
  • Competitive about results but team-oriented in attitude
  • Sales, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Compensation

Hourly plus commission
