Position Overview

WYKO is seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant to provide direct, high-level administrative and operational support to the President of the company. This position is critical to the efficiency, continuity, and effectiveness of executive leadership.

The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted liaison between the President and internal teams, customers, partners, and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will be expected to represent the President with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion when delegated authority is required.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support
  • Assist with managing the President’s schedule and meeting coordination, including complex domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Draft, edit, and format professional letters, memoranda, emails, reports, and executive communications
  • Serve as a key communication liaison between the President and internal staff, customers, vendors, and external partners
  • Prepare presentations, slide decks, briefing materials, and supporting documentation for meetings, customer visits, and events
  • Track action items, follow-ups, and commitments to ensure timely execution
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive executive discussions, documents, and strategic plans
Continuity & Representation
  • Act as the President’s representative and voice, as appropriate, during periods of travel or unavailability
  • Exercise independent judgment in handling time-sensitive matters
  • Ensure continuity of executive priorities and business operations
Event & Travel Support
  • Assist with planning and hosting executive meetings, customer visits, and business events
  • Coordinate logistics for executive-level meetings and international visitors
  • Occasionally travel with the President to support meetings, presentations, and business activities
Office & Administrative Support
  • Provide general administrative support as needed, including reception and phone coverage
  • Support cross-functional administrative needs when appropriate
  • Assist with internal office communications and coordination
