Position: Floating Front Desk & Benefits Specialist (Admissions)

Helen Ross McNabb Center is looking for a Floating Customer Service and Benefits Specialist to greet clients and provide administrative support at the Knox Children and Youth Center in Knoxville, TN. This role demands excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks efficiently.

The position involves 20 hours a week, primarily dealing with client registration, insurance eligibility checks, and direct client interaction. Preferred candidates have experience in an administrative role, though training is available.
