Contracts Analyst

A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst responsible for drafting and managing various contracts as part of the commercial deal management process.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft customer-facing documents including User Agreements, SOWs, and Order Forms in alignment with internal guidelines Review and negotiate contract redlines with Legal and Sales to ensure compliance with company policies Ensure contracts are processed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high throughput and meeting service level agreements

Required Qualifications , Training, and

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience 3 years of experience in contracts management or related fields such as sales operations or project management Familiarity with standard contract and legal document structures and processes Experience using software workflow applications like  and Icertis Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with a solid understanding of advanced features
