Job DescriptionThe purpose of this job is to provide day-to-day operational support for the field technician department, as well as coordinating cross functional national projects.
- The purpose of this job is to provide day-to-day operational support for the field technician department, as well as coordinating cross functional national projects.
- Collaborate with outside departments to deliver excellent service to store teams, to include national project execution and onsite training coordination for new store openings.
- Onboard new field technicians to ensure the team is set up for success, to include new hire paperwork, company card and equipment orders.
- Audit field technician purchase cards.
- Liaise with field technicians and dispatch teams to resolve facility issues in-house at company sites to minimize downtime and costs.
- Analyze repair and financial trends to identify and solve process improvements for the department.
- Provide guidance and training on departmental systems with expertise in Salesforce, FSM, Transflo, Field Service, Store Tablet, Service Now, Pilot Task, Microsoft Suite, WFM, etc.
- Associate's Degree or Equivalent
- Requires advanced skills within a range of processes
- Applies understanding of how efforts achieve organizational objectives
- Acts as a team lead but is not a supervisor
- Identifies and solves complex problems
- Impacts own quality and effectiveness of work
- Evaluates and communicates complex content in a clear manner
- Must meet near term targets with significant impact on team deliverables
