Start dates are flexible (starting before July) and the position runs throughout the summer (ending in mid August or beyond based on your availability). Opportunities to continue after August are available for those seeking a more longer term role.

The summer for us represents college dorm supplies season! With students preparing to go off to college in August, Dorm Co gets extremely busy! We are seeking College Student team members (or other seasonal individuals available during the summer months) to help take on the extra order volume. You will learn the inner workings of online retail while helping our company fulfill college dorm supply orders.

This has been an ideal summer job with guaranteed hours for college students for the last 15 years!

Daily work could include getting the warehouse organized, picking orders, packing orders, shipping orders or a variety of other tasks to help make  operate at the highest level.

In our warehouse you'll learn about online retail, shipping, supply chain management, warehouse activity, and internet sales. All while having a steady, good paying job over the summer with fellow college students. The majority of our openings are for full-time (guaranteed hours), but we do offer some part time roles.

The job requires no previous experience and is an ideal entry point that will certainly bolster your resume and set you up for years of success beyond college. Required hours: 32-40 hours (Guaranteed Hours!)

Note:

In Mid July through August Overtime (1.5X Rate) is available for those interested and able (up to 50 or 60 hours a week is not uncommon for students that want the overtime hours). Last year we had some students even reach 80+ hours per week (Over 40 overtime hours). Keep in mind this is not required and we often have team members that only seek 40 hours per week.

Pay:
Starts at $16 per hour. Raises based upon performance can occur within as little as 30 days to $18 per hour. Guaranteed Summer Completion Bonus of $300 (2+ Days of Paid Time Off)

Must live in the Nashville, TN area and/or be willing to live in Nashville during the 2026 summer. If you live out of the area, please explain your interest and ability to move to Nashville, TN for the summer when you apply.
